There are four levels: websites (20 hours a month), websites with design (30 hours), websites, systems and infrastructure (30 to 50 hours) and websites, systems and apps (50 hours). The right level depends on the size of your project.
Each plan has a number of hours per month. Hours don't accumulate: whatever isn't used in a month doesn't carry over to the next.
Support plans are paid monthly, on a 6-month contract.
You can hire extra technical support hours for special needs or broader scopes.
