The website belongs to MTOOLS AGÊNCIA DIGITAL LTDA., CNPJ 03.711.905/0001-68, based at Rodovia SC 401, 4100, Km 4, Saco Grande, Florianópolis/SC, 88032-005, Brazil. Mtools is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
what data we collect
We collect two kinds of data:
- The data you provide when you fill in the contact form: name, email, mobile number, industry, job title, company size, media investment and your message.
- Browsing data, collected automatically by cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device, pages visited, where you came from (including the campaign parameters in links) and how you use the website.

Some of these suppliers are based outside Brazil. In those cases, the international transfer of data follows the LGPD rules.

For as long as each purpose requires: contact data, while there is a conversation or a business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it; browsing data, for the period set by the tools that collect it; and anything the law requires us to keep, for the period it sets.
your rights
Under the LGPD, you have the right, among others, to:
- Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Ask for unnecessary, excessive or unlawfully processed data to be anonymized, blocked or deleted.
- Ask for your data to be transferred to another provider.
- Ask for the deletion of data processed with your consent and withdraw that consent.
- Know who we share your data with.
- File a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

We use technical and administrative measures to protect data, such as the website's encrypted connection and access restricted to those who need it. If an incident may pose a relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.
